Cancellation Policy

Orders must be cancelled within 14 days of placing the order. To cancel an order, please contact us directly in writing via email (info@boxline.co.uk). Orders cannot be cancelled over the phone.

If the order has been delivered, and is outside of the 14 day window, it cannot be returned.

Any costs incurred through the cancellation will be borne by the customer and this includes costs such as return delivery, collection, etc.

Returns

A restocking fee of 20% of goodswill be applied.

Items must be returned in original condition and the buyer bears the risk of return. Items must be returned to original source of dispatch.

If you cancel your order and it has not yet been dispatched, you will not incur these charges.

Refunds

Any refunds from cancelled orders can, and will only be processed back onto the original method of payment.

Faulty, Mis-sold or Damaged Goods

If goods are Faulty, Mis-sold or damaged, please contact us immediately. In this instance, and this instance only, goods can be returned and will not incur restocking fees. This does not apply if items are damaged in transit.

Custom Products

Any products that are custom or bespoke in nature cannot be returned.

This cancellation policy is discretionary.
